WHERE IS MY TRACKING NO?
Sometimes, we have to wait for items to be printed/manufactured by our supplier. Rest assured, you will receive your tracking number and a photo documentation of the item before we ship to your location within a few days after you place your order.
I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT CAN I DO?
Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds for change of mind or change of size ONCE SHIPPED.
IMPORTANT: If you want to change your order, make sure you do it before the item is shipped out!
If your product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us at email@example.com or through our contact us page. We will require proof of product damage and will assess each claim on an individual basis.
Please do not 'return to sender' without prior contacting us. This will not be accepted as a refund or exchange and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees to get the product back to you.
DAMAGED ITEM/LOW QUALITY PRINT
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
Please note that we do check each product first before shipping out making sure everything is in great condition and quality. We do take photos of each product before sending out for documentation and do our best to pack it well to insure the item would arrive to you in good condition.
WHY DON'T MY ITEMS ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME?
Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple as possible.
DIDN’T RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
When an order is placed, we immediately email you a copy of your receipt. This email (the confirmation email) also contains your order details and your order's estimated delivery date.
If you did not receive your confirmation email, don't panic. Try this instead:
1) Check your spam folder with the email that you used to sign-up with us.
2) If this don't work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for a copy of your order history.
